We provide new patient evaluations Monday through Friday and we are accepting new patients at all of our offices.When you call to schedule an appointment as a new patient, you'll be asked to stop taking any antihistamines for 72 hours prior to your appointment. You can expect your first visit to last about an hour and a half.

Once scheduled, please arrive approximately 15 minutes early to fill out your patient paperwork. You can download the necessary paperwork, from our site and have it filled out prior to your appointment. Please be sure to bring your insurance card and any referrals you may need from your primary care physician.

You will be responsible for your co-pay at the time of check-in on your appointment day. We accept cash, personal checks, and Credit/Debit Cards.If you are not covered on an insurance plan we will work with you on a payment plan in order to allow you to receive the care you need.
